Cancellation Policy


Your appointment time at The Waxing Spot is reserved especially for you and we do our best to be mindful of both your time and ours.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we have instilled the following cancellation policy:

 


Any appointment cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or “No Shows” will be charged 50% of the services booked.
Appointments made within the 24 hour period with less than 4 hours notice will be charged 50% of the services booked.
Any appointments that contain multiple services or specials must be held with a credit card.  In the event of cancellation or last minute changes, the above cancellation policy will be applied and your card will be charged.
 

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our wait list miss the opportunity to receive services.   As a courtesy, we send text reminders the day prior to your scheduled appointment.  If we do not receive a response via text, we will call to confirm.  We know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you booked weeks ago.  Despite our reminders, it is ultimately your responsibility to remember appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and being charged according to our policy.

 

Putting into effect this cancellation policy allows us time to inform our wait list clients of our availability.  It also allows us to keep our team members schedules filled and better serving our clients.  We appreciate your acknowledgment and understanding.
